How to Cook Pancakes
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
4 tablespoons olive oil
1. Combine dry ingredients all together in a big bowl. Stir until everything is homogeneous.
2. In another big bowl, pour the milk, the eggs, and the olive oil. Mix well together.
3. While mixing vigorously, add the liquid slowly to the dry ingredients. Stop stirring once the mixture is homogeneous, that way you won’t overwork it.
4. Over a medium-hot heat, pour an approximately ½ cup of the batter in a pan and return the pancake once it starts bubbling. Do the same thing until there’s no more batter.
