How To Make Easy Oven Baked Tilapia
Ingredients (serves 2)
• 2 tilapia fillets
• Olive oil
• Ground black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 180◦C.
2. Drizzle a small amount of oil over the tilapia fillets, making sure that both the skin and the flesh is covered. Season with salt and pepper and place in the dish, skin side down.
3. Cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
