There are many ways to cook salmon, but simply grilling it with salt and pepper and finishing it with a squeeze of lemon juice means that its fantastic flavour really shines through.
How To Make Easy Grilled Salmon
Ingredients (serves 2)
• 2 salmon fillets, approximately 1 inch thick
• Olive oil
• Ground black pepper
• 1 lemon
1. Preheat grill to a medium high temperature, approximately 180◦C.
2. Meanwhile, drizzle a little oil over each salmon fillet and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets on a griddle and grill for 6-1o minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the salmon fillets.
