How to Cook Easy Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients (serves 2)
• 2 bone-in pork chops
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• Olive oil
• Ground black pepper
1. Preheat grill to medium-high temperature, approximately 180◦C.
2. Drizzle a little oil over each pork chop and rub a tablespoon of sugar, plus salt and pepper to taste, over both sides of the meat.
3. Place the pork chops on a griddle and grill for approximately 10 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the chops.
