How To Make Easy George Foreman Grill Chicken
Ingredients (serves 2)
• 2 chicken breasts
• Ground black pepper
1. Switch on the George Foreman grill and heat, with the lid close, for 5-10 minutes.
2. Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of wax paper and use a meat mallet to pound the chicken to an even thickness of ½ inch.
3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and then place on the hot grill.
4. Cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the meat is cooked through.
