How To Make Easy Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Ingredients (serves 2)
• 2 chicken breasts
• Olive oil
• Ground black pepper
1. Rub a little oil, salt, and pepper over the chicken breasts.
2. Add a drizzle of oil to a good quality non-stick skillet or pan and place on a medium heat.
3. Place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Flip the chicken over and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meat is 165◦C.
To ensure even cooking and further tenderize the meat, you can also use a meat mallet to flatten the chicken breast prior to cooking. Place the chicken between two pieces of wax paper and then use the mallet to pound it to an even thickness.
