How To Make Easy Black Pepper Sauce
Ingredients (makes approximately 500ml)
• 50g plain flour
• 50g butter
• 500ml milk
• 1 ½ tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat and then stir in the flour until a paste forms.
2. Gradually add the milk and stir continuously with a whisk until the sauce is smooth and free of lumps.
3. Add the pepper and stir until thoroughly combined.
