How To Make Easy Baked Bone-In Pork Chops
Ingredients (serves 2)
• 2 bone-in pork chops
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• Olive oil
• Ground black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 180◦C.
2. Brush both sides of the pork chop with oil, season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the pork chops in an ovenproof dish and cover each with a tablespoon of brown sugar.
4. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
The sweetness of the brown sugar really helps to bring out the flavour of the pork, enhancing its rich taste and cutting through the fat of the meat. Other simple ingredients which go well with pork include Dijon mustard, apple, or rosemary.
